I am a certified SoulNar Practitioner, sound healer, energy healer (Reiki, Ashati Alsemia and Ascension modules) and crystal light therapist.
I offer both group sound bath events (see details in the events section below) and tailored 1:1 sessions all designed to meet your unique needs, ensuring that you find the perfect balance for your journey.

Step into spring with sound as your guide, and allow yourself to be carried into a season of balance, vitality, and blossoming possibility.
This special series will also guide you on a deep dive into the chakras — the body’s energy centres. Each session will focus on balancing, cleansing, and activating these vital pathways, allowing your energy to flow freely and supporting greater harmony in mind, body, and spirit.

South Australian Nature Festival - Soundbath in the Gully

A truly one-of-a-kind experience that harmonises nature and sound. This is not just a soundbath, it's a nature-connected ceremony for nervous system healing, inner stillness, and reconnection with self. Ideal for those seeking peace, clarity, and grounding in chaotic times.
Bring your yoga mat, cushion/bolster, warm layers, blanket, and an open heart. No prior experience needed. Just come as you are and be held by the forest.
