Stepping into Spring
6:30pm - Wednesday, 28 October
Abergeldie House
548 Portrush Road, Glen Osmond
Nature is beginning to move again and so are we as we continue our transition from the quietness of winter to the vibrant energy of summer.
Just as nature responds to warmth, rain and sunlight, this is an invitation to soften, reconnect with what nourishes you and create space for something new to flow, guided by the immersive sounds, frequencies and vibrations of singing bowls, gong and other therapeutic instruments,
This is not just a mid-week reset but a gentle turning towards the season ahead.
